How to Request an Exchange:

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at carolina@ccaura.com before sending any items back.

Please include your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide further instructions.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important:

    For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect.
  • Sale Items

    Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Shipping

    Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We ask that you please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

A full refund or replacement will be provided for faulty or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.

To report a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please email carolina@ccaura.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
