Refund policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: All earrings are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at carolina@ccaura.com before sending any items back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages & faulty items: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. A full refund or replacement will be provided for faulty or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Please email carolina@ccaura.com with your order number and a photo and we'll resolve it straight away.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method for faulty or incorrect items once the return is assessed and approved. For all other cases, store credit or an exchange will be offered.
